LifeScape is seeking an interested candidate to join our dynamic and collaborative team as a full-time OR an as-needed (PRN) pediatric Speech Language Pathologist at our inpatient location that includes a specialty school, residential living and a specialty hospital.

As a valued member of LifeScape’s therapy team, you will be part of a regional leader in pediatric therapy and services for children with a variety of speech, language, and cognitive limitations.
Speech Language Pathologists within the LifeScape community have the unique opportunity for collaboration with skilled SLPs, working closely with other professionals, and engaging in a mentorship program. The speech therapy team focuses on research-based intervention as well as child-led treatment with interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the ability gain experience and provide treatment in a variety of specialty areas: functional communication needs, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, feeding and swallowing, complex communication needs, autism, and medically complex pediatrics.
Comprehensive team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, board certified behavior analysts, and special education teachers with the ability to access LifeScape psychologists, behavior therapists, and educators for additional support
Frequent opportunities for personal and professional development through mentorship and training opportunities both on-and off-site. Ability to advance current programs as well as develop new programs

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Current licensure or eligible for licensure in South Dakota. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. All positions require a clear background check and drug screen upon conditional offer.
