Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an SLP in our Early Intervention (EI) department, who will provide therapy services in children’s natural environments or via telehealth. This role will be responsible for adhering to the EI guidelines, documentation, and funding requirements. This role will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for children on their caseload.
This is a community-based role, averaging 4–5 visits per day, 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday. The focus is on building relationships and providing developmental support. The position primarily serves Douglas County—one day each in Parker, Castle Pines, and Castle Rock, with occasional visits to Aurora. You’ll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) Colorado SLP licensure.
