- Master's degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Valid SLP
Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their innovative team at a state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves working with children with autism and their families, providing compassionate and creative care. You will have the opportunity to lead therapy sessions, collaborate with a team, and contribute to the development of treatment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead impactful and engaging 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Complete daily treatment notes and submit progress summaries by the 1st of each month.
- Work closely with parents, BCBAs, and fellow professionals to create a collaborative approach to treatment goals.
- Participate in company training and required professional development
- Submit accurate timesheets in line with the Central Reach calendar deadlines
- Prepare key reports (initials, re-evaluations, authorizations, AAC) that help drive client care forward
- Provide supervision to students, clinical fellows, or new hires when needed
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and keep confidentiality a top priority
