As we move into 2026, we will be looking for Ecologists at all levels, across the breadth of England, as well as hydrology and intertidal specialists, habitat delivery creation and restoration specialists and admin support.

Our biodiversity experts work in partnership with local landowners to transform parcels of low-biodiversity, low-productive farmland into diverse spaces for nature to thrive.
Our Habitat Banks support sustainable agriculture and provide a secure, long-term income for farmers. We create new meadows, scrub, woodland, ponds, rivers, and other valuable habitats to suit the local landscape.
We also create high-impact nature projects across hundreds of acres. Businesses can support our mission to restore lost biodiversity and heal damaged ecosystems by purchasing Nature Shares in our projects - helping them to become nature-positive.
