The role is based atDroneShield’scentral Sydney headquarters. Overseas on-the-ground presence includes Virginia (USA), Netherlands, Denmark,Mexicoand Dubai, as well as distributors in over 70countries worldwide.
About the role
DroneShield is seeking an Spectrum Compliance Manager to support the company’s regulatory, licensing and telecommunications compliance obligations in Australia. This role ensures that DroneShield’s products, operations and deployments involving radiocommunications, spectrum use, electromagnetic emissions, jamming technologies (where legally applicable), and related communications equipment are compliant with all regulatory requirements under the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) framework. This will also include under international frameworks.
The role will sit within the Legal Team, providing internal expertise for product development and ensuring the business maintains correct authorisations for testing, demonstrations, field deployments and operational activities.
