
SpectraWave Business Development Manager Europe
Learn from United States launch experience, anticipate launch challenges in Europe, prepare launch plan for Europe including LMR site selection and preparation, and execute that launch plan post CE mark.
The role will lead KOL engagement plan across Europe's markets by developing innovative business models and strategic partnerships tailored to local customer needs. Drive organizational capability building (upskilling) in partnership with Marketing and MedEd initiatives, champion the translation and dissemination of clinical evidence into compelling value-based propositions, cultivate and execute strategic engagement plans with KOLs, and provide actionable competitive market intelligence to inform business decisions and accelerate growth.

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary gross range for this role is € 77.675 - € 119.500. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs. We'll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 2 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This role is an office role.
