The Field Sales Representative is focused on actively pursuing new leads, opportunities and customers in the small and medium sized market segments to drive growth, either at a branch or country level. This role differs from others in that it prioritises the acquisition and expansion of the customer base, ensuring the continued growth and development of the customer’s portfolio. The primary objective is to achieve significant market expansion and customer acquisition.

Zadania:

• Aktywna sprzedaż usług frachtu drogowego krajowego i międzynarodowego w przydzielonym rejonie (woj. mazowieckie)

• Opracowywanie ofert i prowadzenie rozmów handlowych

• Realizacja planów sprzedażowych i opieka nad klientem

• Zarządzanie sprzedażą w podległym obszarze

• Współpraca z działami operacyjnymi firmy w celu zapewnienia należytej obsługi nowo pozyskanych klientów

• Sporządzanie raportów z działalności dla bezpośredniego przełożonego

Wymagania:

• Doświadczenie w sprzedaży usług spedycyjnych

• Znajomość branży TSL i jej klientów

• Nastawienie na osiąganie wyznaczanych celów

• Odpowiedzialność za realizację powierzonych zadań

• Umiejętność budowania relacji z klientem wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym

• Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne

• Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy

• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1/B2

• Prawo jazdy kat. B
