Position
We are hiring one full-time Accessioner to support our new Austin, TX laboratory location This is a true entry-level position designed for individuals who are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related life science field.
This role is also a great opportunity for newly certified phlebotomists, medical assistants (MAs), EMTs, or individuals seeking to transition into a clinical laboratory setting.
Whether you’re looking to gain hands-on laboratory experience, build a foundation in specimen processing, or prepare for future roles in molecular diagnostics, this position offers structured training and exposure to real-world clinical workflows.
Candidates with relevant coursework, certifications, or prior healthcare experience will be given priority, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:30 am to 7 pm Start and end times may vary or change slightly based on operational needs.

All positions require time zone awareness, as we are a multi-state organization with teams and partners across different U.S. time zones. Clear communication and timely coordination are essential.
Schedules are fixed once assigned.
Job Type
Full-Time | W2 Team Member (30+ hours per week)
Pay Range
$17.25 – $20.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Benefits for full-time W2 Team Members:
Benefits begin 60 days after the first full month of full-time employment.
