Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7pm to 3:30am. Additional days and hours may be required depending on business needs.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas
Accuratelyidentifyand label specimens
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities
Meet department activity and production goals
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Data entry of patient information inan accurateandtimelymanner
Resolve and document any problem specimens
Minimum Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualification
No relative experiencerequired
Previousmedical or production experience
Additional Job Standards
Comfortable handling biological specimens
Able to accuratelyidentifyspecimens
Experience working in a team environment
Strong data entry and organizational skills
High levelof attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Able tolift upto 40lbs.
Able to pass a standardizedcolor-blindnesstest

**Pay Range: $17.75 - $20.00 per hour
Plus a 3rd shift differential
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills andpriorrelevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
