What you'll do

  • Drive Specifications for Passive Fire Protection: Ensure inclusion of the company’s Passive Fire Protection portfolio in tenders across PAN India through collaboration with major stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Architects, Fire Consultants, HVAC & MEP Consultants, Fire Brigade, and other relevant authorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Education: Conduct technical seminars and training sessions for Architects and Engineers, ensuring early‑stage project approvals (with watertight specifications) to create business opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Project Support: Deliver detailed specifications and project manuals for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Generate and Communicate Specifications: Develop product and system specifications in collaboration with specifiers and relay these to the sales team, supporting them in converting opportunities into sales by taking full responsibility not only for specifying, but also for supporting the team in closing orders.
  • Relationship Building and Upskilling: Build strong relationships with specifiers and provide guidance on best construction practices to enhance their expertise.
  • Product Design Input: Provide feedback and recommendations to tailor goods or services to meet customer‑specific requirements effectively.

What you'll bring

  • Experience of 5–10 years in the Building Materials industry is a must, with direct handling of top Architects / Consultants for at least 3 years
  • Expertise in managing and building relationships with key influencers — Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Management Consultants.
