• Coordinate and facilitate specification and validation plan activities for vehicle projects.
• Support project teams in building RFQ packages using data from the PLM system (ENOVIA).
• Ensure consistency of component structures, availability of specifications and completeness of validation plans for sourcing.
• Manage both scopes: generic specifications and project-specific (applicative) specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering leaders to validate requirement allocation and availability.
• Coordinate with component leaders to secure part specifications and validation plans.
• Lead coordination meetings, apply processes and methodologies of Stellantis and report to process and methodology owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level in English
• At leat 1 year experience
• PLM certification or formal training in Requirement Engineering and/or System Validation
• Good knowledge of PMO processes and validation systems.

• Hard Skills
• Requirement Engineering and System Validation principles.
• PLM usage and data consistency management (ENOVIA).
• Specification and validation plan management for sourcing activities.
• RFQ package preparation based on PLM data.
• Requirements management tools (Reqtify).
• Reporting and analysis tools (SAP BI4).
• Documentation and standards tools (DocInfo, BeStandard).
• PMO tools (generic BOM files, requirement expression files).
• CATIA V6 environment.
• Advanced use of Excel and Office tools.

• Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead coordination meetings autonomously.
• Structured and reliable reporting.
• Ability to work across engineering and component teams.
• Strong commitment to quality, deadlines and deliverables.
