Overview

Interbeton, a member of the TITAN Group, is looking for a Specification Engineer to join its team.

Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, the Specification Engineer will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with engineering offices and consultants, with the objective of increasing the specification and adoption of our solutions in major projects. The role combines strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop qualified project opportunities through close engagement with engineering and design offices and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with priority specification influencers and key market stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming projects and monitor their development from the study and specification stage through to commercial opportunity.
• Promote the incorporation of INTERBETON solutions into technical studies, specifications and tender requirements.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into appropriate INTERBETON technical solutions.
• Support the development of technical specifications and product-related information for use by engineering and design professionals.
• Develop and maintain a qualified project pipeline, providing relevant project and market intelligence to the Sales organization.
• Support the conversion of specification-influenced projects into sales opportunities and commercial proposals, working closely with the Accounts Manager and Sales team.
• Organize and deliver targeted technical presentations and engagement activities for engineering offices, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments, project requirements and specification trends and identify opportunities for INTERBETON solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in engineering, construction materials, technical consulting, specification or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Strong technical understanding combined with a clear commercial orientation.
• Ability to understand customer and project requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with engineering and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English and Greek.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
