The SMH Clinical Manager is responsible for providing clinical supervision, training, and oversight to staff and interns within the Specialty Mental Health program and overseeing operations of the Behavioral Health Training Academy. The Clinical Manager also supports program operations through productivity monitoring, program management, staff development, and liaison activities with funders and community partners. In addition, this position carries a small caseload and provides direct clinical services to Specialty Mental Health clients. This position reports to the SMH Director.
