Specialty Infusion Sales Manager

What You’ll Do
• Build and expand referral relationships across clinics, physicians, and payors
• Drive IVIG and chronic infusion growth within your territory
• Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Own your territory strategy—analyzing performance and identifying new growth opportunities
What You Bring
• At least 5 years of experience in infusion, healthcare sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of referral development and territory growth
• Ability to navigate reimbursement and payer dynamics
• A self-starter mindset with a focus on results and relationships
