About the Role:

You’ll primarily grow referrals to ambulatory infusion centers. When home infusion is the better fit for a patient’s therapy, coverage, or circumstances, you’ll have that option to offer as well. You’ll work closely with experienced intake, pharmacy, nursing, reimbursement, and managed care teams to help patients move from referral to treatment.

What you bring:

• Proven track record in generating specialty infusion, IG, biologic, or related patient referrals.
• Established relationships with specialist physicians and medical practices in the Houston area.
• Specialized experience calling on neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, immunology, or hematology practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build new accounts into lasting, trust-based referral partnerships.
• Strong navigation skills to manage complex patient access and reimbursement challenges for specialty therapies.
