
Location: Calvary Cemetery - Los Angeles
Status: Non - Exempt, Full Time
Works in the direct interment/entombment of the deceased, or disinterment/disentombment of remains. Trims memorials and monuments on cemetery grounds. Maintains cemetery grounds and buildings under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor. Full time position requires 40 hours per week. Overtime is required as needed.
In addition to general grounds worker duties, the Specialty Grounds I – Special Skills has knowledge, experience and currently performs at least one desired skill in the areas of landscaping, sprinkler systems, plumbing, welding, carpentry, construction, mechanical or operational. Requires direct supervision on the majority or required trade skill sets.
