Specialty Brand Advisor - Phoenix

Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 / hour
This is an opportunity to represent an exciting, trending brand making their first debut in Sephora brick & mortar ✨ The Specialized Brand Advisor will be the expert on this brand, and be responsible for building lasting relationships with Sephora stores & vendors to increase productivity & sales.
You’ll get the best of the best training & support from our expert teams to be set up for success.
This position covers the Phoenix, AZ market. For this role, Brand Advisors will be scheduled at multiple Sephora locations within the Phoenix area.
Key Responsibilities
- Be punctual & reliable
- Achieve sales goals
- Educate the retail staff by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
- Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
- Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
Skills & Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working for a beauty brand or beauty retailer
- Strong relationships in Sephora environment
- Excellent beauty retail selling & education background
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate & work independently
- Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, smart phone apps
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must have reliable transportation to service all doors in market
- Must be available to work weekends
