• 
  Hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing case management system by using Microsoft dynamic CRM 365 on cloud, Azure, Azure AD, Power, Power App Flows and Power Platform technology.

• 
  Hands-on Experience in designing, developing, integrating and implementation of Azure Storage for Attachment Management with MS Dynamics 365 on cloud.

• 
  Hands-on Experience in Designing, Configuring and Implementation of Case Management System , Including experience with:

· User Access and Profile Management

· Role Based Data Access Control

· Authentication and Authorization Integration

· Document Management

• 
  Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Azure Logic Apps/Function Apps

• 
  Hands-on Experience in designing, developing Power BI Dashboard and Reports.

• 
  Knowledge of and Experience with Accessibility for Ontarians with OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) Testing compliance guidelines.

• 
  Experience with end-to-end integration of Third-Party / OPS Identity and Access Management (IAM) provider, security, authentication, and encryption tools / services.
