High-Value Freight Needs High-Impact Sellers
CRST Specialized Solutions is building a brand-new sales team focused exclusively on high-value, white-glove transportation services — and we're looking for hunters who are ready to shape it from the ground up.

How You'll Work

  • Location Remote
  • Travel 25–50%
  • Compensation This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $110,000–$130,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
  • Incentive Eligibility Performance-based commission

About the Role
This is a new-logo acquisition role built for someone who thrives on the chase. You'll prospect, build relationships and close deals on complex, consultative transportation solutions — then hand off to a strong operations team so you can focus on what you do best: landing the next one. If you get restless managing accounts and would rather be out opening new ones, this role was built for you.

Success here means understanding your customers' business well enough to craft the right solution and earn their trust fast. You'll be selling into clients who need more than a standard carrier — and you'll need the presence, the instinct and the drive to deliver.

What You'll Do

  • Own your territory — prospecting, lead generation and pipeline development
  • Lead discovery conversations and build tailored transportation solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Develop executive-level relationships and close long-term commercial agreements
  • Partner with operations at handoff to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
  • Stay sharp on market trends and adjust your targeting and messaging accordingly


What Great Looks Like

  • A true hunter who measures success by logos landed, not accounts managed
  • Proven transportation sales experience across multiple modes — dedicated, brokerage, final mile, one-way or similar
  • Familiarity with high-value product (HVP) or white-glove service models — or the instinct and drive to learn fast
  • Natural communicator with the charisma and presence to build rapport quickly at any level
  • CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce
  • Financial acumen and comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven transportation sales experience
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with HVP or white-glove logistics service models
  • Track record closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
