THIS IS HARVEST SEASON.

DHT is actively hiring CDL-A Flatbed Drivers for a high-demand seasonal specialty hauling operation supporting the upcoming beet harvest season.

This is a fast-moving, physically demanding position built for drivers who know how to work hard, move fast, and handle long days during peak season operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During peak harvest operations, drivers must be prepared to:

• Work up to 7 days per week for at least two weeks
• Operate safely in changing weather and seasonal conditions
• Handle securement responsibilities without supervision
• Move efficiently during high-volume harvest demand

Schedules and workloads will depend heavily on weather and harvest conditions.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES REAL FLATBED WORK

Candidates MUST:

• Be comfortable throwing straps
• Understand proper load securement
• Know how to chain and secure freight safely
• Be physically capable of handling demanding work
• Take safety seriously at all times

This is hands-on trucking — not dock bumping.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 6 months Class A CDL driving experience REQUIRED
• 1 year experience PREFERRED
• Flatbed experience strongly preferred
• Must have acceptable driving record
• Must pass DOT drug screen and physical

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE

This may begin as a seasonal position — but it does NOT have to end there.

Drivers who perform well during harvest season may:

• Remain in the Flatbed Division full-time
  OR
• Transfer into another DHT division based on operational needs and driver preference
