Job Description

Job Title: Specialist – Facilities, Technical Services

Location: R1RCM Global Pvt Ltd., Tikri

Department: Administration & Facilities

Reports To: Program Manager – Administration & Facilities

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Shift - Rotational (Morning, Night)

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Operations (Electrical, Plumbing & Maintenance)

  • Support operation and maintenance of: Electrical systems (LT panels, UPS, DG, lighting) HVAC systems (PAC/AHU) Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, fixtures) Fire safety systems (hydrant, alarms, extinguishers)
  • Execute and track R&M (Repair & Maintenance) activities
  • Assist in breakdown handling and coordinate with vendors for quick resolution
  • Maintain daily maintenance logs and checklists

2. Maintenance Planning & Tracking

  • Prepare and track 52-week maintenance calendar for all technical systems
  • Ensure execution of: Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities
  • Maintain records of: Completed vs planned tasks Downtime and issue logs
  • Share regular updates with the reporting manager

3. MST Team & Shift Management

  • Allocate daily tasks to MSTs (Multi-Skilled Technicians)
  • Monitor and track daily activities of MSTs
  • Manage shift planning and manpower allocation
  • Ensure adequate staffing as per operational requirements
  • Follow up on task completion and productivity

4. Facility Operations

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day facility functioning
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and security teams
  • Support office layout changes, seating adjustments, and small setups
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep

5. Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for routine services and breakdowns
  • Track service delivery and follow up for closure
  • Report SLA deviations to the manager
  • Assist in invoice verification and documentation

6. Material Management & Inventory Control

  • Track daily material usage for maintenance activities
  • Maintain stock records and inventory levels
  • Ensure availability of critical spares and consumables
  • Coordinate for procurement of required materials
  • Avoid wastage and ensure optimal usage

7. Cost Control & Optimization

  • Support cost-saving initiatives in maintenance activities
  • Track consumption and identify areas of cost reduction
  • Ensure efficient utilization of materials and resources

8. Employee Support & Workplace Experience

  • Act as first point of contact for facility-related issues
  • Ensure timely logging and closure of complaints
  • Support employee comfort (lighting, AC, seating, etc.)

9. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain records for: Maintenance activities Compliance and audits
  • Support basic safety checks and audit preparation

10. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain MIS reports in Excel: Maintenance tracker MST activity tracker Material consumption
  • Share daily/weekly updates with reporting manager

Must-Have Requirements

  • Graduate (Commerce preferred), & Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Mechanical
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and office maintenance
  • 4–6 years of experience in facilities/technical services
  • Experience in handling R&M and maintenance tracking, PPM.
  • Exposure to MST/team coordination
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Bi,
  • Communication - very good command on English
  • Location - Gurgaon
