Job Title:

Specialist, WellbeingOur psychological health team is a diverse group of specialists dedicated to developing, delivering, and evaluating employee health and wellbeing strategies for Trust & Safety teams at Concentrix. Our initiatives are crafted to enhance and support positive mental and physical health, while fostering a healthy culture and work environment across the organization.

The Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor will provide onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles.

As a qualifiedcounsellor or psychotherapist,you'llconduct sessions using interventionssuch asCognitiveBehavioralTherapy (CBT),Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT)andMindfulness Based Therapies (MBT)You’llroutinelyassess casesfor risk,followstrictsafetyprotocolsand escalate complex casesto clinical leadership Your rolealsoincludescollaborating with your colleagues to design and deliver group sessions thatimprove resilience, healthy coping, and distress management skills

As this role falls into the category of Trust & Safety,you’llbe working with peopleexposed to harmful content. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to hate speech, violence, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

The primaryresponsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver one to oneonsitecounselling sessions, addressing a range of psychological health issuesusing short-term therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT and MBT

  • Deliver one to oneonsitecoachingsessions, and develop resilience plans formaintainingemployee health and wellbeing

  • Deliveronsitegroup and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience, developing healthy copingstrategiesand building positive working relationships

  • Facilitateonsitecreative sessions such as creative therapies, music therapies, and mindfulness-based activities

  • Assess cases for traumarelated to exposure to graphic content andfollowescalationprotocols

  • Evaluate andappropriatelymanage risks of harm to self or othersin a timely manner

  • Manageconfidentialcaserecords and reportssafely, and in line with privacy protocols

  • Deliverpsychometric assessments toemployeesin the region

  • Review assessment datafor trends that require intervention,andcontribute toinsight reports

  • Complete administrative duties, including tracking session data and completion of individual case notes in a timely manner

  • Respond promptly to emails and messages fromemployees seeking support,ensuring clear andtimelycommunication

  • Communicate with theclinical leadershipteam on a regular basis to discuss observations,insights risks andareas for improvement

  • Contribute towards safe working practices across the Psychological Health team

  • Attend monthly peer support sessions with your Clinical Manager and regional colleagues

  • Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by discipline specific governing and licensing bodies

Minium qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology,orpsychotherapy

  • Current unrestricted license to practice in the country where the site is based

  • Minimum3years of experience in wellbeingor psychotherapy field

  • Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling,demonstratingsensitivity and competence with diverse client backgrounds

  • Able to build trust and rapport withemployees,managersand team members

  • Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing/mental health training,workshopsand webinars

  • Strong data management skills, ensuringaccuratehandling ofsensitiveinformation and session records

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, effectively handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic setting

  • Proven ability tomaintainprofessionalism and ethical standards in abusinessenvironment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • · English B1 as minimum English Language Proficiency

Desiredqualifications:

  • Experience working inTrust and Safetyor a content moderation environment
