About the Role:

This role is critical in maintaining Wiley’s quality standards by enabling scalable execution of reprint and bespoke projects, while ensuring timely delivery of revenue-driven assignments.

How you will make an impact

Reprint & Production Quality

  • Lead standardization and finalization of reprint projects aligned with Wiley house style and printer specifications
  • Perform artwork checks, corrections, and print file validation
  • Manage and optimize source files (Vault) for reprints

Design & Creative Development

  • Design custom book covers, layouts, and branded templates
  • Develop scalable templates for repeatable projects
  • Create promotional collaterals and client-facing materials

Content & Compliance

  • Manage ISBN issuance and ensure publishing/documentation compliance
  • Ensure all deliverables meet audit and regulatory standards (pharma content sensitivity)

Production Workflow & Delivery

  • Maintain archives and version control of production-ready files
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and timelines
  • Drive first-time-right outputs and minimize rework

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales on bespoke client requirements
  • Provide design inputs during project scoping to support value-based selling

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years in graphic design and print production (medical/pharma preferred)
  • Experience with Indian pharma clients on reprints, booklets, CMEs, and promotional materials
  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of print production (bleed, color profiles, pre-press, printer specs)
  • Expertise in artwork validation, typesetting, and book layout
  • Strong portfolio with print-ready outputs and book layouts
  • Ability to build scalable design templates and visual systems
  • Strong attention to typography and scientific/medical content
  • Understanding of publishing standards and ISBN processes
  • Ability to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Managers, and vendors
  • Strong file management, version control, and delivery focus
