SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Specialist - Urologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive urological care, diagnose and manage various disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, and deliver personalized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

As a Specialist - Urologist, you will conduct patient assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, perform surgical procedures, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Your expertise will contribute to advancing the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations including medical history review and physical examination.
• Order and analyze diagnostic investigations such as imaging and laboratory tests.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate diseases, and cancers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans including medical and surgical interventions.
• Perform urological surgeries and minimally invasive procedures as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in urology by participating in ongoing education and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of specialized training or residency in Urology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Proven experience and strong skills in diagnosing and treating urological conditions.
• Experience in performing urological surgeries and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
