Depositary Analyst, Luxembourg Trustee & Depositary

The DGO depositary analyst shall act as a highly skilled depositary specialist fostering a culture of high performance and mastering the UCITS and AIFM regulations. The analyst shall act as an expert, a support for other team members (when required) and work in an autonomous way on all allocated tasks.

Duties

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform audited asset inventories
• Attend to client calls
• Attend to audit calls
• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Provide feedback on digitalization
• Perform daily/monthly controls related to safekeeping and cash flow monitoring

• Ensure enquiry and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner

• Execute/reviews administrative duties within the team

To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the fund industry

• Eager to learn

• Good knowledge of financial instruments

• Perfect command of English.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good communication skills
