YOUR TASKS:

  • Content Development: Design and build e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline&Rise, and/or EasyGenerator.
  • Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create effective digital learning experiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Training Program Managers and subject matter experts to transform technical content into interactive and learner-friendly formats.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, technical accuracy, and usability standards.
  • Platform Integration: Prepare and upload content to LMS, including SCORM/xAPI publishing, mobile/desktop compatibility checks, and Review 360 feedback cycles.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on e-learning trends and propose innovative approaches to enhance learner engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years work experience in developing digital learning content for technical or industrial environments
  • Working in global, cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline&Rise, EasyGenerator)
  • Graphic design and media editing skills
  • Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactor)
