Job Description
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients and funds across OTC derivatives, ETD clearing, and fixed income products, ensuring all legal, credit, operational, and regulatory requirements are completed prior to trading readiness.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of OTC bilateral agreements (including ISDA and Repo), clearing agreements, MSFTA, and Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) documentation.
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into clear, accurate, and timely updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and validate constitutional and tax documentation required for client onboarding, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of collateral management, regulatory reporting, fund accounting, client reporting, and performance concepts.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of OTC and fixed income products, including product structures and the full trade lifecycle.
- Support the onboarding of global and institutional clients, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across legal, credit, operations, and client teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking onboarding progress, and supporting stakeholder communication.
- Deliver information in a structured, professional, and audit-compliant manner.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall team objectives.
- Maintain trackers for onboarding progress, pending approvals and aging items
- Prepare weekly or periodic status report for internal stakeholders
- Monitor workflow bottlenecks and highlight delays with Team
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency by leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably in finance/accounting/related field.
- 5+ years of work experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding processes within financial services.
- Proven expertise in derivatives documentation (OTC and ETD) and related agreements.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
