Principal Responsibilities

• Handle all Int’l main trade finance transactions for DBS clients including import/export L/Cs, Bank Guarantee etc.

处理星展银行客户的所有国际贸易融资业务包括进出口信用证，银行保函等业务。

• Back up handle all trade finance transactions for DBS clients including OA Finance and Draft transactions.

候补处理星展银行客户的所有应收应付账款融资业务和票据融资业务。

• Support bank’s project management of the trade service product processing optimization, especially AI projects UR analysis, design, testing & launch

支持银行贸易服务产品及流程及系统优化项目，重点支持AI项目相关的需求分析、设计测试，上线等环节。

• Check supporting docs according to bank’s guidance/trade finance procedure and ensure applications compliance with internal control requirement as well as compliance requirement.

根据银行的操作指引以及贸易融资的操作流程审核相关证明文件，以确保交易申请符合银行内控和合规要求。

• Checking trade finance documents according to UCP/URDG/ISBP/URR and other international trade finance practice.

根据相关国际惯例审核贸易融资单据。

• Booking trade finance and relevant funds disbursement in banking system and make data information verification. Process cash margin, BAD/CAD pledge on transactional basis.

将相关贸易融资以及资金的转移收付录入银行系统并确保数据准确性, 根据流程处理交易层面的客户保证金和质押票据的收付。

• Conduct post checking/monitoring of trade related supporting documents which shall be align with “3 measures & 1 guideline”.

根据”3个办法一个指引” 的要求进行贷后文件的跟踪和审核。

• Handle DBS client inquiry on trade finance related transactions.

处理星展客户关于贸易融资业务的查询/咨询。

• Make sure any deviations/irregulars were raised to Team head, and obtain proper DOA approval on exceptions.

确保任何异常交易被上报给部门主管，并且在处理异例前得到相应的授权。

• Conduct regulatory, MIS and other internal/external reporting for trade finance business i.e.SAFE/UPRR/RCPMIS/FTZMIS etc.

及时提交对内对外相关报表。

• Assist team head to improve/maintain internal and external audit score, and make sure no significant finding during assessment.

协助部门主管/经理共同达到集团内部审计和外部审计的评定要求，并在规定时间内完成整改要求。

• Participate in bank’s training if necessary.

积极参与银行相关培训。

Education and Relevant Experience

• Bachelor degree holder or above.
• 本科学历或以上。
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Trade Finance operations including import/export trade finance, OA Finance and Draft etc.
• 3年以上银行贸易融资国际结算操作部门经验, 包括进出口贸易融资结算业务、应收/应付融资业务、票据融资业务等。
• CDCS certificate/CSDG certificate
• 信用证单证专家证书（国际商会）或者保函备用证专家证书(国际商会)。
• Good knowledge on trade finance related products, rules and regulations, International practice
• 熟识贸易融资业务和产品，以及相关规则, 国际惯例等。
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• 熟悉会计基础知识。
• Proficient in commonly used data analysis software e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, etc.
• 熟悉常用的数据分析软件，例如：Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python 等。
• Good data visualization skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and insightful charts and reports
• 具备良好的数据可视化能力，能够创建清晰易懂的图表和报告。
• Good PC skills and good command of English and Mandarin.
• 熟练的电脑操作能力, 精通英语和普通话。
• Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
• 良好的沟通技巧和解决问题的能力。
• Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
• 工作效率高，愿意在压力下工作。
