Job Description

Position Title: Specialist – Technical Support Administration

The Specialist - Technical Support Administration will, in its role, be responsible to support the Technical Back Office Team, by handling administrative tasks and improving existing processes or even create entirely new processes. This role is key to efficient and smooth operation of the Technical Back Office Teams. This is an exciting role were dealing with unexpected situations and time sensitive tasks is part of the day-to-day business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support finalizing PCMS files. Compare parameter between as-designed and as-is to deliver clean configuration files to the projects.
  • Manage and update key performance indicator dashboards – manage Power BI reports and support back office/operational team in preparing monthly management presentations.
  • Provide general assistance in Technical Incident Handling, such as assigning tickets, processing data analysis (P2P) tickets, closing tickets, reviewing backlog, etc.
  • Follow-up status of “actions on WTG needed” incidents to ensure feedback loop with Operations
  • Support back-office team in blade, oil, CMS and any additional reports to ensure all data is updated to reflect the condition of the fleet
  • Ensure creation of WASP accounts for customers and subcontractors to enable NC2 training
  • Support fleet implementation of Service Notifications and Technical Notifications; analyse impacted fleet, material requirements, track implementation status, etc.
  • Support in Process Improvement, Creation, Implementation, and Documentation
  • Ensure GWO certificates are received on time and stored correctly in the LMS
  • Collecting WINDA IDs from the service technicians and updating their profiles in the LMS
  • Minimum of 4-6 yrs experience ( preferably from wind industry)
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Understanding technical background

Candidate Requirements

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Power BI knowledge is good-to-have
