In this role, you will be a part of Organizational Readiness and Change Management team within "Project Ascent," a major internal IT initiative tasked with migrating our enterprise from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will join a high-energy team of dynamic, innovative individuals dedicated to leveraging information and technology.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our global users are not just prepared, but proficient and confident in the new system. Your work will directly support the "End User Readiness" phase of the project, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption through a "delta-based," digital-first training strategy.
What you will do in this role:
In this Specialist role you will be focused primarily on activities associated with SAP Platform End User Training content development and delivery support. In context of these efforts you will be entrusted with a variety of other responsibilities focused on governance, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and technology stewardship.
