Specialist – Tech Vendor Management (Vendor Governance, Billing, Revenue & Commercial Operations) Telecom Domain

Recommended Experience: 4-7 Years

Support vendor governance, commercial operations, revenue and billing controls, and supplier performance management across a complex telecom and technology ecosystem. This role combines vendor management, business analytics, financial governance, and operational excellence to drive improved commercial outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support vendor budget, governance reviews, supplier performance monitoring, activities.
• Review invoices, contracts, commercial obligations, and billing impacts to ensure operational and financial accuracy.
• Identify billing exceptions, revenue leakage risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support spend analysis, reporting, financial controls, and governance reviews.
• Develop dashboards, operational metrics, and business insights for leadership stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Finance, Billing, Product, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to drive issue resolution.
• Support automation, analytics, and transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency.
• Identify operational gaps, billing discrepancies, revenue risks, and process inefficiencies and drive resolution through data-driven analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Prepare business updates, performance insights, and governance reporting for leadership reviews.
• Understanding of commercial and contract terms, financial controls, billing impacts, and revenue realization principles.

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Vendor Management, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, Billing Operations, Procurement Operations, Telecom Operations, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in invoice validation, supplier governance, commercial controls, or contract management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and business reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom or technology services experience.
• Exposure to Power BI, ServiceNow, ERP systems, workflow platforms, or automation tools.
• Understanding of Vendor Operations, Disputes, Budget and operational frameworks.
