Operating under the leadership and guidance of the Senior Manager, Team Member Relations – Operations, the Team Member Relations (TMR) Specialist - Operations supports the execution, governance, and compliance of critical Team Member Relations operational programs. This role partners closely with TMR leadership and Employee Relations teams to support complex employee relations matters and serves as an operational subject matter resource for company‑wide immigration processes, severance administration, DOT program compliance, background check governance, regulatory compliance postings, and TMR data and metrics.
The TMR Operations Specialist applies professional judgment within established policies and escalation frameworks when supporting work in high‑risk and regulated areas, contributing to consistency, legal compliance, and operational integrity across the organization. The role supports regulatory posture, employment risk mitigation, audit readiness, and the effective functioning of TMR Operations at scale through accurate execution, documentation integrity, and cross‑functional coordination.
Under the guidance and leadership of the Senior Manager, Team Member Relations Operations, the Team Member Relations Operations Specialist supports the effective execution of Team Member Relations operational processes, including end‑to‑end case lifecycle support, background check administration, immigration coordination, reporting assistance, and TMR intake workflow coordination. This role serves as a key operational partner to TMR Managers and Specialists by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, documentation integrity, and compliance with established procedures. This role also supports operational decision‑making by identifying risk indicators, supporting escalation readiness, and ensuring consistency in the application of TMR processes across business segments. This position contributes to a positive and compliant team member experience through strong attention to detail, process adherence, and active coordination across HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Operations:
Support Team Member Relations case workflows, including intake routing, documentation quality checks, data entry, and system updates within the TMR case management system.
Independently handles operational case investigations, ensuring timely progression, documentation sufficiency, and readiness for audit or escalation review.
Background Screening & Pre‑Employment:
Administer background check processes, monitor results, escalate issues per defined criteria, and coordinate with vendors and HR partners to resolve discrepancies.
Apply established adjudication guidelines to identify potential compliance, EEOC, or risk concerns and ensure appropriate escalation and documentation.
Immigration Process Coordination:
Coordinate document collection, tracking, and follow‑up related to immigration and work authorization processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Serve as an operational point of continuity for immigration‑related inquiries, ensuring documentation accuracy and process compliance..
Reporting & Analysis:
Assist with preparation of standard reports, dashboards, and metrics by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, or recurring issues and flag insights for TMR Senior Manager Operations/leadership review.
Process Adherence:
Follow established TMR operational procedures and escalation protocols; identify issues or gaps and elevate concerns to leadership as appropriate.
Recommend procedural enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, or risk mitigation within TMR Operations.
Enterprise Policy & Project Support:
Support the review, maintenance, and update of enterprise‑wide Team Member Relations and related HR policies and procedures by conducting operational impact assessments, identifying process gaps, and coordination with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders. Participate as a contributing member of cross‑functional project teams supporting enterprise initiatives, system implementations, compliance programs, or operational improvements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Partner with HR Business Partners, Team Member Services, Legal, and vendors to support operational needs and ensure timely issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and testing efforts for system enhancements.
Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies, privacy standards, and legal requirements.
Ensure records meet defensibility standards for internal review, external audit, or regulatory response.
Complete all required Company training and comply with Company policies and procedures.
