• Supports the screening and interviews of blue-collar candidates within the framework of the short-term position specification
• Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements related to short-term career development within local-based specialized fields
• Builds and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Conducts market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing talent for temporary workers
• Identifies and researches potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify blue-collar candidates with limited online presence
• Develops and maintains relationships with blue-collar candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process. Ensures a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, ensuring that talent aligns with the specific needs of small- and mid-sized clients
