• Develops compelling job descriptions and specifications to improve the attraction and matching of qualified candidates
• Organizes job postings on various platforms and local job boards, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and aligned with client's needs
• Conducts interviews to assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience against the job requirements
• Sources active and passive candidates by leveraging recruitment software, databases, social media or referrals within own professional network to find suitable talents operational roles
• Initiates regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with labour market trends and hiring practices
• Collaborates with clients to shortlisted successful candidates, manages the offer and candidate feedback process, while balancing the interests of both candidate and client
• Provides updated recruitment reports and candidate pipeline analysis to clients and internal management
• Maintains regular communication with candidates, updating them on their application status and next steps of the recruitment process, while facilitating career conversations around their long-term development goals
