Why Your Role Matters

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a critical role in building a mission-driven workforce by connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities across the organization. You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, delivering an inclusive, seamless, and engaging candidate experience that reflects our culture and values. Partnering closely with hiring managers and the People Experience team, you will help strengthen organizational capacity, foster belonging, and ensure we attract the talent needed to make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday. We are seeking a recruiter with demonstrated experience managing high-volume, part-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to efficiently source, engage, and hire quality talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

How You Make an Impact  

  • Develop compelling, inclusive job postings that attract candidates and reflect the organization’s culture and values.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through job boards, hiring events, employee referrals, and professional networks to build sustainable pipelines.
  • Screen candidates for frontline roles and conduct first-round interviews for key positions, providing data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by collaborating on role requirements, interview strategies, and final hiring decisions.
  • Partner with People Business Partners to align recruitment tactics with talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Assist with final interviews, coordinate selection panels, lead reference checks, and manage offer presentations and negotiations to ensure equityand alignment with the organizational compensation structure
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and People Development and Engagement teams to support seamless onboarding and promote early employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and applicant tracking records to support compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance talent pipeline
  • Build and nurture strong relationships across hiring managers, candidates, People partners, and cross-functional teams to support a culture of collaboration and continuous talent growth.
  • Support employer branding by effectively communicating the organization’s mission, values, and employee value proposition throughout recruitment.
  • Integrate equity, belonging, and inclusion principles into all recruitment practices, reflecting organizational values at every stage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the People Experience team and organizational goals.

What You Bring to the Y 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Experience recruiting for both high-volume and front-line positions across multiple departments
  • Skilled in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools to manage candidates and workflows efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the employee will frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through virtual platforms.
