Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish recruitment strategies, and create effective job postings.
  • Coordinate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
  • Manage offer preparation, negotiations, background checks, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Hilton Grand Vacations' culture, values, and employment opportunities.
  • Monitor recruiting trends, best practices, and key performance metrics to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar recruiting role.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR-related software.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and interact with candidates at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
