We love that you will…

• Assist business with key steps of the talent acquisition process including posting jobs to social media channels, website, job boards etc; scheduling interviews and online assessments, screening candidate profiles, identifying shortlisted candidates for hiring managers and supporting interviewing activities as required.
• Execute sourcing strategies/ techniques through all media channels to build a qualified and high-quality candidate pipeline (talent pools by role/department).
• Lead university career fair activities with support from TA Officers.
• Ensure all talent acquisition processes are in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Analyse and present data to evaluate and demonstrate the efficiency of the talent acquisition process to supply the Hiring Manager with suitable high-quality candidates.
• Prepare offer of employment recommendation and obtain approval from authorized signatory.
  

We love that you are…

• Bachelor's degree, ideally a master's degree, in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 years of work experience in recruiting IT, Finance, HR and Supply Chain positions
• Must speak Thai and English.
• Digitally savvy and a change agent.
• Preferred experience in both recruitment agencies and in-house MNCs.
• Trustworthy and emotionally intelligent.
• Confident in challenging the status quo professionally.
• Strong English communication skills (written, spoken, and comprehension) with self-confidence.
• Comfortable presenting to groups of employees and briefing vendors in English.
• Strong influencing and analytical skills.
• Prior experience working with SuccessFactors would be an advantage.
• Must have strong direct recruitment skills, able to conduct Boolean searches and build talent pipelines for specific roles.
• Must be able to thoroughly screen candidates before presenting them to stakeholders.
• Good understanding of employer branding and the role of TA and social media channels in it.
• Experience managing early-career university roadshows/career fairs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and SuccessFactors (desirable).
