Job Description

Main purpose of the role:

Responsible for managing and maintaining all production line systems and software to ensure optimal performance, stability, and efficiency. This role proactively monitor system health, coordinates with maintenance teams and software vendors to prevent breakdown, and leads issue resolution. Additionally, the role acts as the key focal point for new software installation – understanding system logic, configurations, and architecture in order to build strong in-house capability for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maximize software utilization.

Key accountabilities:

• Apply strong understanding of production systems, data flow, and digital process logic to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and integration across manufacturing operations.
• Provide expert guidance to production teams on system usage, software configuration, and parameter optimization to ensure stable, high-performance production processes and minimize system – related issues.
• Support managers and production teams by ensuring reliable, efficient, and well-integrated systems that enable high product quality and smooth manufacturing execution.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools and production technologies that enhance workflow, maintain design intent, and consistently meet Pandora’s quality and brand standards.

Expected workload

Project base:

• Provide first action when problem occur to investigate related equipment are in good condition.
• Collaborate with D&T and vendor regarding software and data that use at the lines.
• Evaluate and seeking potential solution together with production, D&T, and vendor, both line sequencing and coding structure related.

Routine base:

• Ensure that data linkage and report are in good condition.
• Daily check the system and plating line software status, to ensure the setup is in normal condition.
• Working on a scheduled to ensure all connection are in a good healthy condition.
• Take lead on calibration plan, and to ensure the calibration schedule is effective.
