About the role:
CHANEL is looking for aSpecialistto join our Supply Planning Team in Piscataway, NJ. You willassistand support a key part of our dynamic fragrance and beauty catalogs. This role interfaces with many vital cross-functional partners across the business and is a strategic partner formaintainingbalanced inventory levels to support the needs of our business while enabling brand growth.Our ideal candidate will have1-3years of experience and a passion for data analysis, collaboration, and challenging the status quo.

Owner ofthe supply planning Fragrance and Beautyretail andpromotionalSKUforecastwith a strategicfocuson the visual merchandising categories, while delivering on multiple key performance indicatorssuch as On Time Newness Launch, On TimeInFull and Days of Supply;including base businessandnewness
Overallprocurementmanagement responsibilities includingorder submission, tracking,monthlyreview meetings,understanding and communicating supply constraints andproviding analysis to support decision making with key stakeholders
Liaise withMerchandise Planning,Retail and Store Environment, andMarketingto ensurepromotionaltracker reflects latest informationused for budget updating,ensuringavailability ofmerchandising elements to supportourpoint of salevision,andultimately aluxuriousexperience for our clients
Support leader in Excess & Obsolescencereview and managementacross inventory network;identifyreduction opportunities and collaboratewith key stakeholders to implement usage strategies
Collaborate with global partners in Supply Chain and Customer Service to understand inventory availability and manage purchase orders
Manage relationships with Quality and Operations toensureinventory accuracy anddisposition
Continue to shape and improve existing supply planning projects where applicable
Shared accountability for achieving service level, inventorytargetsand excess & obsolete inventory goals in partnership withmerchandiseplanners

What you will bringto the team:
Supply Chain /DistributionMgmt Planning degree preferred but notrequired
Out of Box thinking toidentifyinefficiencies and help shape newprocess/systems
Highproficiencyof Microsoft Excel
Data Visualization skills (Storytelling: Tables, Charts,etc)
Experienceworking within an ERP/MRP environment; SAP experience a plus
Unique industry or insight experience

Compensation:
