Main purpose of the role:

The Specialist, Supplier Quality Governance & Projects is responsible for developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks within the Supplier Quality function. This role leads strategic initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing supplier performance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement. By fostering strong governance and executing key projects, the position supports risk mitigation, strengthens quality systems, and delivers operational excellence across the supply base.

Governance Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain supplier quality governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
• Define, monitor, and report governance KPIs to measure supplier quality performance and compliance.
• Prepare governance dashboards and executive reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend corrective actions for non-compliance or process deviations.
• Support risk management by identifying governance-related risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Project Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supplier quality improvement projects from initiation through successful transition into Business-As-Usual (BAU).
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals and ensure governance alignment.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in Manufacturing / Quality / Operational Excellence / Project Management
• Very good in English communication
• Strong data analysis skills (Power BI, Six Sigma concepts)
• Experience in running cross‑functional projects (concept → BAU)
• Experience building or maintaining governance/quality systems
