We are looking for a new Specialist, Source-to-Contract, EMEA to join our team.
TheSpecialist, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the Regional GS (Global Services) Procurement Source-to-Contract organisation delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives. The role works directly with the business, category leaders, and the broader function. Additionally, you contribute to andorown the operational execution of prioritized category strategy implementations, sourcing and contracting cases, and other critical functional activities.
This role performsduties related to the implementation and executionof the organization's strategic sourcing plan,from assisting with contractnegotiation, contract authoring and contractmanagement activities through executing cost reduction strategies.
The Specialist, Source-to-Contract, works to identify and address needs of internal stakeholdersandcontributes improvements to procurementstrategies.
This is an established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities. Delivers against defined Service Levels.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
Collaborates with multiple departments in the development and execution of strategies and plans that improve theorganizationsprofitability and competitive position, utilizing market intelligenceandrisk assessments.
Drives continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assignedareaof responsibility.
Supports development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.
Builds relationships with internal customersand external suppliers,works to understand their business objectives, and provides support in addressing their needs.
Mentors and collaborates amongst a team of Source-to-Contract specialists.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent University degree isrequired.
An MBA or further advanced degree ispreferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
2-4years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience
Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player in various teams within the company and outside. Shouldhavethe requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
Learning Agility & Openness to Change
Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
Preferred:
Goodunderstanding of Requisition-to-pay and Source-to-settle processes and operations is preferred.
Experience in one or more Procurement Functional domains: Sourcing incl. negotiation of commercial and non-commercial terms, Category management, R2P or Accounts Payable
Shared Services Industry experience is preferred
Fluency in one otherlanguage ((written and oral) for the supported region is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
Kč704 000,00 - Kč1 135 050,00
