Job Title: Salesforce Developer and Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions using a combination of declarative configuration and programmatic development across Salesforce Clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, including fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Support UAT, production releases, and post‑go‑live application support
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing concepts
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
• Experience working with integrations and data migration tools
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
