We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with 7–9 years of hands‑on expertise in Azure and NET The role requires fluency in Spanish to collaborate directly with customers and handle AMS (Application Management Services) activities, including Incident Management from onshore.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize cloud‑based applications using Azure, NET, and related technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud architectures.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug cloud‑based applications and services.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in cloud engineering with strong expertise in Azure and NET
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, Azure cloud services, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience in AMS Incident Management
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation.
• Understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.
