Responsible for analyzing meter and system data to identify and resolve issues including missed or incorrect meter reads, meter tampering, meter communication problems, meter disconnection/reconnection, and theft of service to include the coordinating, routing, and dispatching of work orders for gas and electric service meters. This position requires the ability to gain the knowledge and experience through training to function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in gas metering, electric metering, and Smart Meter Data Management.
Experience working with gas and electric meters in the field or in the SAP system.Personal computing in a windows environment.
