Job Description:

As a Specialist in Shops Onboarding & Support, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic design and framework for vendor onboarding, incubation, and operational support across our three brands foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. To provide fast onboarding, hypercare incubation, and seamless vendor supporting, you will be responsible for designing scalable onboarding & incubation process, equipping commercial teams through training and resources, collaborating across departments to execute the programs, and driving the strategy for vendor operations support. You will enable local teams, track performance metrics, and optimize processes to empower vendor success across our platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Design scalable shops onboarding and incubation processes to establish a structured framework across regional markets.
• Training & Enablement: Create and manage onboarding and incubation training materials, delivering training programs to relevant commercial and vendor operations teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to enable seamless execution of vendor onboarding and incubation programs.
• Performance Management: Track onboarding and incubation performance metrics, analyzing key indicators to define clear strategic next steps and optimizations.
• Support Strategy Formulation: Define and refine the overarching strategy for vendor operations support to elevate issue resolution time & service quantity .
• Process Optimization: Work closely with the Product Operations team to streamline vendor operations support processes and remove operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in vendor operations, strategy, or process improvement, in a multi-country or regional role [preferably in FMCG, e-commerce]
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce and BigQuery is a bonus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• A proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance sales team productivity.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with a strong understanding of diverse market dynamics
