
Job Title: Advanced Associate, Service Provider Construction Plant
This role trains military personnel to safely and effectively operate specialist construction equipment, combining hands-on instruction with technical expertise. You’ll deliver high-quality training, build strong learner relationships, and instill best practices, directly supporting operational capability. The role aligns with market titles such as Plant Trainer, Plant Operator Trainer, Construction Plant Instructor, Engineering Plant Trainer, Heavy Equipment Instructor, or Technical Skills Trainer.
The Role
This role exists to equip military personnel with the practical skills, confidence, and technical competence required to operate and maintain specialist construction plant safely and effectively. You’ll wake up motivated by sharing your expertise, working hands-on with learners, and knowing your training directly supports operational capability.
In your first six months, your biggest impact will be delivering engaging, high-quality training, building strong learner relationships, and embedding safe, effective operating practices across courses.
