Drive organic growth for clients
As our SEO Specialist, you will manage your own client portfolio, translate organic search data into actionable strategies, and ensure high-quality execution that provides real value for our clients.
To give you a clear picture of where you’ll spend your time, the role is built around these core responsibilities:
Strategy & execution: Develop and implement comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies tailored to the business goals of our clients.
Drive performance for top-tier brands: Serve as the day-to-day driver for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from e-commerce platforms to established B2B brands.
Modern search navigation: Adapt strategies to account for the changing search landscape, including AI overviews, LLMs, and evolving user search behaviors.
Cross-discipline collaboration: Work closely with internal teams within Content, CRO, and UX to deliver holistic, high-impact digital experiences.
Innovation & tooling: Utilise and contribute to our advanced tool stack, leveraging automated workflows, AI, templates, and Python scripts to deliver deep, efficient technical audits.

Bring knowledge and strong SEO drive
We are looking for someone who can bring proven SEO experience and a desire to continuously improve in a field that is moving fast. You are comfortable taking ownership, working in a structured way, and turning complex input into practical action.
You will likely recognise yourself in the following qualifications:
2+ years of experience: You have hands-on experience with technical and strategic SEO, ideally from an agency or a fast-paced in-house environment.
Tool mastery: You are familiar with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
Technical bridge-builder: You have a basic understanding of DevTools and web architecture to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate with client developers.
Data translator: You bring a data-driven approach with the ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
An impactful communicator: You are proficient in English and Danish, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts clearly to both marketing teams and business stakeholders.
A hungry and curious mindset: The changing digital landscape energizes you, and you see change as an opportunity to expand your expertise. You are also the first in line when testing the latest AI tools and new trends.
