Specialist, Scoring Service (ELA-PTE) This role aligns to industry level titles such as Specialist, Scoring Content & Quality, or Content Development Administrator.
Basic Purpose and Objectives
The Specialist, Scoring Service role acts as the dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more handscoring contracts. This position centers on overseeing content and quality at the project level. It ensures scoring tasks achieve exceptional accuracy and comply with client expectations by drawing upon extensive knowledge in English Language Arts (ELA) in both Speaking and Writing.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $62,000 - $65,000.
