Bristlecone India Limited’s S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team is looking for a Specialist in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) on S/4HANA. The role involves configuring, implementing, and supporting EWM solutions across the full project lifecycle, integrating with MM, SD, PP and TM, and driving process optimisation for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.

• Participate in or lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, enhancement and support projects on S/4HANA.
• Configure inbound/outbound processing, putaway, picking, warehouse tasks, orders and wave management.
• Design and maintain warehouse structure, storage types, sections and bin management.
• Manage Handling Units, RF transactions and yard management where applicable.
• Integrate EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP and TM modules and support master‑data maintenance.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams on enhancements and interfaces.
• Execute unit, integration and UAT testing; resolve defects and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and stabilise production environments.
• Engage business stakeholders to capture requirements and recommend process improvements.
• For senior roles, lead solution design workshops, implementation activities and technical‑functional discussions.
• 4–15 years of hands‑on SAP EWM experience on S/4HANA.
• Practical experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM (mandatory).
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, putaway, picking, and storage bin management.
• Expertise in warehouse tasks, orders, wave management and Handling Unit (HU) management.
• Experience with RF framework, RF transactions and warehouse automation.
• Proven track record in EWM implementation, rollout or support projects.
• Good understanding of EWM integration with MM, SD, PP or TM.
• Ability to analyse business requirements, configure solutions and resolve functional issues independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field (preferred).
