Job Description

As an SAP IBP Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on demand planning, supply planning, and overall supply chain performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our client's supply chain operations and achieving their business objectives.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals.
• Develop and execute supply chain planning strategies, utilizing SAP IBP modules to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements, leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.
• Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet specific client needs, ensuring efficient and effective system utilization.
• Perform data analysis and reporting, utilizing SAP IBP tools to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of SAP IBP solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP practice.
• Document and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP IBP consulting or a related field.
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes, with a focus on demand and supply planning.
• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP modules, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects.
• Proven track record of successful SAP IBP implementations and supply chain optimization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP reporting and analytics tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Fiori.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
